It's no secret the Cowboys want to fix their running game this offseason with not picking up both our OL/RB coach's contracts, also could of played a role with the departure of OC, Kellen Moore. Not only do they need better personnel, but they have to devise a better rushing scheme that works hand in hand with their passing offense. It starts up front with the offensive line:

-Tyler Smith/Terrence Steele both have proven to be long-term pieces, where both can man the Tackle positions for the future, but also have flexibility to play Guard in a pinch.
-Has Tyler Biadasz earned a 2nd contract as his contract is set to expire after the 2023 season? Believe the jury is still out, where we cannot rule out the team upgrading the position.
-Tyron Smith might have another season with the team, how much longer can we expect how of Zach Martin, who will be 33 during the season?
-How is our depth behind the starters? Farniok is a solid G/C reserve, but neither Ball/Walesko has taken the next step thus far.

Needs

-1 Impact starter, at Guard or Tackle, versatility to also play Center is a huge plus.
-Another G/T Reserve, one who can spot start when called upon to compete with our other two prospects.

-Watch the Browns G/C Ethan Pocic in Free Agency. He was with both Schott/Solari in Seattle.
-Some prospects that fit: Torrence Florida (Power), Mauch G/T/C-North Dakota State (Speed), Avila G/C TCU (Power), John Michael Schmitz Minnesota-best Center
-Tackles-Broderick Jones Georgia, Anton Harrison Okla (Both are probably outside our range), Darnell Wright Tenn

If we are unable to land those 2 top tackles or Torrence in rd 1, both Mauch/Avila would be great fits on day 2.

Jones and Torrence are the only 2 guys I would be interested in taking in round 1. Avila and Schmitz any time after that. If they want a Center this a good year for one. Kid from Michigan and Patterson are really good as well.

I like the idea of taking an OT in rounds 1/2 that has G flex then just figuring who’s better between that person and Tyler over the next year or so.
Darnell Wright could be an interesting selection. He is a plug and play Right Tackle, this will allow Tyron to start at LT, Tyler at left Guard and Steele could be eased back into the lineup. Wright is a player who is rising due to his strong week at the Senior Bowl practices.

I wouldn't rule out Mauch, where I've seen some have him rated higher then Torrence.

Yea he’s a good player. Probably
more 2nd rounder.

Steele is just not a good enough pass blocker; we need better.
Tyler had a tough rookie season but the experience will help immensely.
Biadazz I think is good enough; and is still improving
Martin has several more top years left in him
Still a hole at LG.

Tyron has maybe a year left; so we need to get a Tackle in the draft high.
As I said we still do not have a really good LG and I would be happy to see a Guard picked pretty early.

Darnell Wright could be an interesting selection. He is a plug and play Right Tackle,
Wright played very well against Will Anderson. Has good tape against the best pass rusher in college.

Love this approach and thanks for some names to check out. I don’t think they can find the success they want without O line and D line prioritization.

Could not agree more about fixing the hole on the offensive line. I see a couple of people I think this year the interior offensive line has some really good prospects. I’d like to take something by the second day

Both our young tackles are better run blockers and developing as pass protectors. Think we really need 1 more impact starter to complete the unit

He definitely should be in our radar as he is a plug and play impact starter

IMO Mauch is a LT and this team ain‘t looking for a LT. Torrence is the best Guard and I would take him in round 1 in a minute.

Good post. They Cowboys are one good offensive lineman away from having an elite unit again. Would love to make Tyron the swing tackle. Defensive line is the strength of Philadelphia, Washington, and New York. We need to counter them with a good offensive line. Ironically they built their defenses to stop the Cowboys offense.

Torrence is the only IOL I would want in the first and i have little faith he makes it to our pick. Especially after watching all the OG we thought we had a shot at last year fly off the draft board well before our pick. Also not reaching on a OT just to satisfy the want of getting an OL early. Honestly think if we want a OL that can be a impact starter at LG, we will either have to trade back in the first or trade up in the 2nd.

i am in favor of FA to fill the holes in the lineup.if the BPA is the OL then we should not pass up the pick even in the first RD.

Mauch lacks the length, many are projecting him as a Guard

I think there is some depth, especially if we are open to looking at the tackles/centers

Mauch is very athletic but I don’t see him fitting what this team looks for in an OL.
