Cowboys have never lost a game when I’ve seen them play

Nowthen.. I have mentioned this fact in the past here to guarantee other games (I’m a long time forum member) and, yes, of course I know that it’s just luck. But it’s some crazy luck.

I saw my first Cowboys game in 1996; the infamous Tommy Hutton fumbled snap game against the Eagles that spurred an improbable 23-19 comeback. Since then I’ve been to 10 more games (that I can count - I actually think it has been more).

At first I thought the streak only applied to games against the Eagles. But then I started seeing games against other teams and the wins kept coming…

I’ve been to some wacky wins, like the Roy Williams interception in 2005 in Philly to beat the Eagles, and the Randal Williams onside kick for a TD game. I’ve also been to less dramatic blowouts, like the Cowboys win over the hapless 2019 Dolphins.

So the streak is at least 11-0 (maybe as high as 14-0), and I will be at the game on Sunday in section 312, row 4. Come by and say hello. I’ll be wearing my Zeke jersey.

So anyway, you see boys, it’s a guarantee. My only worry is that I’ve never been to a playoff game. But I have to assume that that counts for the streak, right? RIGHT?

Hope your streak continues. I had a season ticket package to watch the Baltimore Orioles when I lived in DC in 1990-1992 (13 games/season). Never once saw them win live. Went to a game in Arlington, lost that game too.

Hell yeah, there are a bunch of tough games in there. I usually pick games I feel confident we will win. Then I just show up and talk ish all game. I saw them lose in person once, and that was one time too many.

I’ve attended 9 Cowboys games and they only won 4 of them but one of the wins was SB XXVII. Saw them beat the Raiders earlier that season at the LA Coliseum. Now some of those games I attended were preseason games. The only game I ever attended at Texas Stadium was the Clint Longley game.
