Obviously I understand the color scheme...but I don't know how someone comes up with that design and doesn't understand they put a French flag running down the helmet. At least throw some stars running down the middle or something.

I think being American football, paired with the fact that it's red, white, and blue when the helmet is facing you is plenty to keep most people thinking it's about the French flag.

Traditionalist here. I hate any change to the helmet or uniform. And sadly when we do it-we usually lose. Give me the solid blue jersey and white ones. The silver helmets with the double blue stripe.

Every once in a while, a team will wear a dumb looking alternate uniform like this, and they'll lose, and then those uniforms will forever be remembered as those ugly uniforms we had a horrible loss in, and they live in infamy forever.

That helmet up there is hideous....

I hope we aren't cursing these uniforms on Monday, and demanding that they never be worn again. They DO have a certain jinxy look about them.
