Wonder if they got word that Leonhard wanted to work with Harbaugh.
I thought he was the guy they liked and I am not sure if it is just having to wait longer that moved them from leonhard.

Personally thought the young coach from the Vikings was going to be the guy.

Word is that both Jones and Parker impressed.

If Parker is hired, just hope that he gets the FO to get him some decent FAs to help out and not players on their last leg on dollar store prices. And hope they hit it out of the park in the draft.

Hope he comes with some fresh ideas as well. Having such a terrible defense the last couple of years and sticking a young coach in there to make it work might be a tall order but I am hoping it works out.

Jerry definitely isn’t behind this hire. I’m not gonna overrate things but between trading for defensive tackles and hiring an actual up and coming DC….feels different.
