Favre said that he had a similar elbow injury last year. As far as the separated shoulder goes, I don't know.

Favre will be back this year, and if they continue to do well he will probably come back for another year or two.

No way, no how, would I ever celebrate "knocking" Brett Farve into retirement. The man is a poster child for what football is and should be. It will be a sad day when he retires...thankfully, the NFL has another waiting in the wings with Romo.

the seperated shoulder, depending on how bad, could sideline him. but you know that he's thinking that there's a chance he could play against this season and more importantly against the Cowboys.
