The Dallas Cowboys held a private workout with University of Oklahoma S Lendy Holmes at an undisclosed date.

Holmes is a Dallas area kid and could be a good special teams type. He lacks speed but is a willing tackler and good all-around player.

He'd be a decent UDFA pickup for us for sure.

i dont care for him much because he is real slow, we have seen what a safety with poor speed in 40 like roy williams is in coverage, now days you need a safety with at least 4.48 or faster in the 40 for todays wrs, slot wrs, and 3-5 wr sets

One of the slowest safeties ive ever seen was Willie Clay for the Pats I think, man dude was sloooooow but he sure could ball though.
