It irritates me to see Hayden playing with Bishop inactive. I figured it would happen, but I don't like it.

Agree. I would expect him to practice for 2 weeks prior to playing in a game. It's already week 2 and he has yet to practice. He would only have had to miss 6 games while on the PUP.

I'd have gone with Bishop but neither is even a decent backup right now. At least Bishop may have some upside.

I don't expect Hitchens to play much. The Titans apparently run 3 WRs set as their base offense. McClain and Carter are expected to be the Nickel LBs.
