I know Taco was knuckleheads but he was a late bloomer and starting to come around but we traded him.. so a bust is not the word for these guys but BUM maybe ..work ethic and the drive to be the best is important and some just dont have it.. it doesnt mean he wont come around and start being productive but coaches are teaching him a lesson with the doghouse method..

gets some better coaches and schemes here , maybe a lot of players suddenly look better )

When Hill has played during the season it has been at 1tech DT.

All of Hill's snaps in the preseason were at 3tech DT.

Their biggest problem on defense has been getting the DL in sync with the back 7 against the run, especially against zone run blocking teams.

Hill's biggest problem in the preseason was playing against zone runs. He probably didn't see the ZBS in college.

The fans/media claims that Hill has been a malcontent like Taco is nonsense. Marinelli has said that Hill has the desire and work ethic in practice but has been slow to learn the scheme etc..

Considering that the veteran players have struggled to adjust to the changes that Kris Richard has been making from week to week, it should not be a surprise that a rookie has struggled with it.

Different position but Jaylon has been with the team for almost 4 years and he struggled with the changes.
