Latest rumor on Le'Ron McClain is the Dallas Cowboys have interest in him. Nothing moving fast yet. Has also talked to the Chiefs.

YES!!!!! I love this dude. He reminds me of Bettis. Who needs a hole he makes his own!!!

Why wouldn't they have interest in him?

BREAKING NEWS: He's still running to the endzone @ Texas Stadium.

i would love to sign mcClain! do you think he would be a power back or just play fullback instead of gronk?

Dude is a beast. We never had a beastly RB since 22.

Second FB we've been linked to along with Leach. Two different types. Leach's a monster lead blocker, McClain more ability as a runner/pass catcher. I'd prefer Leach as did the Ravens. I expect he'd be our go to short yardage guy.

I'd rather roll with Chapas/Gronk, but wouldn't be too upset if we picked him up as long as it's on the cheap.

Do u personally know him? lol

No not personally, so maybe that statement was premature. I'm just referring to the incident of him spitting in the face of a Dolphins LB last year.

I said this in another forum. We need a short yardage back and he'd be perfect.

They didn't call 24 the Barbarian for nothing, you know. How can you say that MBIII wasn't beastly with a straight face? Slap yourself, you're obviously still asleep.

I do not get excited over these rumors anymore after a week of reading and getting my hopes up.

I just hope we keep coaching the guys we have......our coaches must beleive we have good players, therefore I am happy also!

Go Cowboys!

I like Snelling

I like him a lot as well. A lot of Falcons fans think he is just as good as Turner.

Although he is more of a RB then a FB.

We had Barber for that. Why give him up then make this move? Makes no sense to me.

I dunno, disgusting but hilarious. I still remember when Bill Romanowski did that to J.J. Stokes a few years back. I still laugh when I see that in slow-mo. Talk about the epitome of disrespect -- J.J.'s smack-talkin' ended right there when Romo did that.

I think both would be short yardage backs. W/ 3 good TE's I see Phillips and Bennet playing H-back more than Chappas or Gronk being used.

Both Snelling and Mcclain seem too pricey for how we would actually use them though IMO.

BREAKING NEWS: Ken Hamlin heard the rumors of McClain coming to Dallas and decided to relocate himself on the opposite side of the globe.

Gawd, I hated Hamlin. All I heard was how he was this hard-hitting safety and yet all I saw was this guy who had an incredible knack for being someplace other than the point of contact. Total pussbag.
