These type of guys don’t bother me actually. I like the idea of getting unknowns because there’s at least a chance of finding a diamond in the rough. Let’s remember Commanders had Shanahan, Lafleur and McVey and had no idea. But getting the 70 year olds no one wants?

My only thing is are there not any STs coaches available because now they've interviewed two assistant STs coaches.

its silly to get upset over this.

its a nothing position but you want ex players at it so they can relate to the players, smooth things out for the rookies.

Not every position needs a prime coach.

Most people barely recognize the ST coach let alone thier assistants.

can coaches leave in a lateral move?
i thought for instance there was a rule you can't leave your spot as spec teams coach to be in the same spot.
i thought it had to be a promotion...unless they are not under contract.
maybe i'm wrong about that.
