its a fan board. We are passionate fans and nobody is better than anyone else. We are equals, even if you don't always like a different perspective. We don't need a PhD IN FOOTBALL 101. Sometimes we are right with our opinions and sometimes we are very wrong. SO WHAT. I don't take a difference in opinion personal. I don't get offended easily I have thick skin. It really is ok to disagree with me without anyone getting snarky. We all want the same thing in the end. Thats is what's important. It isnt a echo chamber.

i thought for instance there was a rule you can't leave your spot as spec teams coach to be in the same spot.
i thought it had to be a promotion...unless they are not under contract.
maybe i'm wrong about that.

i believe once their existing contract expires ... they are free agents and can sign elsewhere of their choices ..ala Bines Fassel.

because admittedly, we do not know either. We just debate. Its a broken record, I agree. It sucks sometimes. Which is why its fine to lighten things up time to time. We are on this journey together and we shouldn't take it so seriously when the ownership obviously isn't. Look at the last 30 years. It is what it is. I been following the team since 1973 and can honestly say, the bar has been lowered ALOT by some fans and worst of all, the teams ownership. I'm pissed/discouraged but at this point I have learned to laugh about it, while at the same time keeping a glimmer of hope alive.

Well, you've probably seen as many of Carson's posts as I have, and he never struck me as the type of poster to post a comment like that seriously. Yeah, there are plenty here who do, but we should all at least try to give the benefit of the doubt, until experience teaches us otherwise. Just my opinion, I'm not a mod.
