Agreed. Pretty messed up seeing some be so negative, yet they refuse to watch videos and understand what is happening.

Schotty invited the Cowboys legends to practice. Michael Irvin shared what happened in his video today. I don't know how to post it. If someone could post it, it would be appreciated. It's good.

That was great insight into a day with the Cowboys that the Legends had. If any of you haters watch the whole 28 mins and still come back here hating, then you’re just trolls. The culture IS changing right before our eyes. “It’s all about competition and pressure.” Side note, Michael Irvin knows a thing or 2 about what having a good culture can do for you. Hearing this first hand observation from a Cowboys Hall of Famer has me even more excited about this upcoming season.

It's good to get this feedback from inside the meeting rooms and the practice field from somebody that knows what they are talking about. What's going on is a breath of fresh air and very encouraging.
