It's good to get this feedback from inside the meeting rooms and the practice field from somebody that knows what they are talking about. What's going on is a breath of fresh air and very encouraging.

He said a couple of times that he saw no one on their phones during these meetings one reason being that the coaches would will randomly call on a player to draw up plays so they wanted to be ready. Competition and pressure.

Brother @shabazz , when you get some time, this 3 hour Show is definitely worth watching. Lots of very good information. I totally agree with your assessment. Schotty could definitely benefit having Michael Irvin in his corner. Remember, Michael Irvin absolutely hated the Schotty hire because Michael wanted Jerry to hire Deion Sanders as head coach. But now after the dust has settled and Schotty very smartly has included Michael Irvin and so many other Legends to not only see first hand what changes this new coaching staff it doing, using the Legends' help is definitively a very smart way for this coaching staff to connect with the current players.

It's all fluff nothing else. The results will be shown on the field, not on some feel good vid so others can be happy. lol

This having the legends attend some practice is not new, it's been done before. Many times the old guard would show up, so this is not some brand new gig the coach has going on. And Mike, yeah, try making him talk anything bad about the Cowboys. Never happen.
