if you hear that it has please tell me cause that is the only reason im buying the tickets.

yeah remember hostile thats how i won the $500 scratch off, by sending tickets i didnt win and i won the $500 dallas cowboys lottery scratch off and got some cowboys merchandise. Only thing though, you cant use the ticket if u win on purchasing cowboys tickets. You can only purchase cowboys merchandise.

My Houston Texans scratch off was actually a scratch and sniff - smelled like sh**.
