If I am Parsons, and he really wants to win in Dallas. I do not sign a deal until the Cowboys sign one of Allen, Diggs or Cooper at WR2 and bring on another vet cornerback that can play day 1. None of these depth signings. Guys that will actually start. I would even go as far as to negotiate a cheaper deal as he mentioned as long as Jerry goes out and gets those pieces. He has stated he would take less to win in Dallas. Prove it. Take 4-5 million less on a long term deal and let the Cowboys take that win for you to take win for the team to better on field product.

Could be. As they may get more value the day of the draft, or just after it starts. as opposed to doing it now.
A team may get desperate and trade more, then other teams may panic, and offer even more.
