Its in neither sides interest to get it done.

- will be left with more CAP space and encouraged to spend
- needs to maximize publicity

Micah:
- the offer of '$30m/reinvest in FA' has passed, we're in Tier 3.....
- knows that Jerry will capitulate in the end, so hold out for the money.

The only reasons I can think of for Jerry not getting a deal done now is Jerry is waiting on the market to rebound before he pays Parsons. Or maybe he is shopping him to find out what he's worth.
