Grats, he won a game against a Bills team resting their starters for the playoffs. Those 241yds were impressive. You want to give up a 3rd round pick for a Lance clone?

Depending on the trade demand I'd be interested too. He looked good vs Buffalo but it was backups. But still accuracy is accuracy and his arm is absurd.

Lance went 20 of 34 for 244 yards and a touchdown mostly against Washington's starters, while Milton's efforts came against Buffalo's backups.

Not saying I wouldn't be OK trading a late-round pick for Milton, but let's not make his performance out to be something special. He played well against a bunch of backups.

He had a good preseason and played well when given the chance. For a big-armed QB who can run some, that's all it takes.

As I mentioned in another thread, I'd be willing to give up a conditional pick for him next year, but if the Patriots want a Day 2 pick, they can keep him.

But is there a qualified enough QB whisperer/developer on staff to coach up all the rest of the areas he lacks in as a QB?

Because other than arm strength, he needs a LOT of coaching up with the rest of his game.
