Keep an Eye on Utah WR

Utah wide receiver David Reed is an intriguing mid-to-late round prospect, who's coming off of an outstanding senior campaign where he hauled in 81 catches for 1,188 yards and five touchdowns. For his efforts, Reed has received plenty of interest since he arrived in Indianapolis, and has already met with the Tennessee Titans, Houston Texans, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, New York Jets, Dallas

Boys are definitely targeting a WR in the draft.

Like Reed. Seems like the perfect good mid round prospect.

I was going to say, for a team that is not interested in a WR they are sure spending a lot of time looking at them. A little too much to be a smoke screen.

Yeah I understand teams look at certain players or positions to to throw other teams off but you cant put all you resources in faking people out or you will never get done what you really need to.

Maybe to push guys like patrick crayton and sam hurd???

Or maybe to replace a guy like Sam Hurd. He seems like a good guy and a hard worker, but the fact is that he has done virtually nothing the past few years and I'll be surprised if he makes the team this year. Hurd will be missed on ST though.

Just how much effort are they expending? If you can really fake out other teams you can get a very nice edge in the draft. Misdirection if done right can be very valuable. Jerruh has not exactly been predictable except that he does not like to draft OL in the high rds and same with WRs. I guess you could throw QB into that mix as well. It is known that we have some needs but not many; WR is a debateable one since it all hinges on what we really think about Roy and only Jerruh really knows and his is the only opinion that counts .
