Cowboys MUST win Commanders game or they really ARE NOT a TRUE team

Listen up, I think that the Cowboys MUST win at Washington this Sunday. It's not only because the Cowboys NEED this win in the divisional and playoff chase, but ALSO because of the embarressment at against the Skins on MNF.

Fir this reason, in order to be a TRUE team, the Cowboys MUST beat the Commanders and be ready for this game - regardless of the weather or loud skins fans - the REVENGE factor should loom as the MOST INSIPIRING to our Boys.

If the Cowboys were to take this game in this kind of mind set FIRST, with divisional and playoff concequenses second, then I think that Dallas will be REALLY READY for this game and can beat the Skins.

The Cowboys loss on MNF against the Skins this season was one of the MOST PAINFUL defeats in recent Cowboys history, so PAYBACK is a MUST!!!

We lost this game because of our conservative approach. This approach should be thrown out the window from here on out. We need to attack early and often, so they don't have a chance to come back.

Well, as Cowboy fans and ESPECIALLY players, they should NOT forget what happened against the Skins on MNF... basically, what I mean by that comment is that the Cowboys should go for blood against the Skins and defeat them convincingly, JUST based on the disaster on MNF.

Obviously, the Cowboys would still have a chance to get into the playoffs, but losing the a Washington team that is still in the playoff run, an NFC East and NFC Conference opponent, is a VERY IMPORTANT GAME and a MUST WIN, as far as I see it... oh yeah, they also embarressed us on MNF in Dallas eariler this - Only MORE motivation!!!

I think some of us are just really excited.

There's a lot of potential for the team here, and as fans we're going to be freaking out after every play. Or at least I will.

Win or lose I will rewatch the game as soon as I get home from the bar to figure out who to be angry at or give props to. Probably will take notes during the game too.

And after a few pitchers, I'm SURE I will be capitalizing every few words to the moron Commanders fans at Ragtime in Arlington, VA (across the river from downtown DC). . .

A true team is a team that fights together, supports each other, does not infight,works their butt off each week and loses and wins together.

If they lose or win, i can honestly say that they have been a true team this year. No finger pointing after losses and no glorifying of any individual if they win.

In my book a true team, don't have to be a good team to be a true team!!!!

Ya, well said. If we lose this game it just means we aren't good enough. Or at least not consistent enough. I fully expect both teams to show up, with the season on the line and the best one will come out with the victory.

With that being said...LETS GO AMERICA'S TEAM!!!!

My point - win or lose this year, this IS a team. Perhaps a great team, a good team, or maybe even an average team. But it is still a TEAM.

Some of you guys aren't getting what I meant... I am just saying that when I said a TRUE TEAM, I mean that the loss against the Commanders at the begining of the season should fuel the Cowboys EVEN MORE than this just being a bitter divisional rivalry, that actually means A LOT for the post-season.

Even if they lose I do agree that they DID play like a team this season and are doing well... I know that we are a BETTER team than what our record shows right now BUT also that we have a WAYS to go.

Finally, YES, a true post does consist of hitting CAPS on every other word.... thank you.

No matter what happens this weekend at Washington, I will ALWAYS route for my Cowboys!!! A MUST WIN GAME against a MUCH HATED opponent!!!
