I probably respectfully disagree with this guy, but he's so well spoken, I thought you guys would enjoy his food for thought. He made a compelling enough argument that I'm not sure if my view that Dak should keep the job is the right one. You can really make compelling arguments either way.

Anyway, here's Cowboys Nation TV on the issue.

I'm sold, give him his job back when he is 110% healthy and Dak has a mediocre game. If he is truly the Romo of old, he will keep his job, if he is aging and losing his skills, Dak will come back in. Romo deserves one more shot, when Dak falters a bit. You can't make a change in the middle of a winning streak.

no you cant and shouldnt sit dak till they have lost 3 games with him not counting the first one. so 4 total.
Dak is hot and hot now so for the team you have to stick with the guy who has actually been playing and winning.
With Romo it is all speculation.

Unless Dak starts to go into a prolong slump and we start losing games, he should remain the starter. Romo should wait on the bench until we need him. Hopefully it won't be until a blowout win at the SB.
