Cowboys needs to improve roster

Beasley is likely gone. Austin was hurt all year.

Dallas needs some more speed on the offense. Hill, Valdes Scantling, Chris Godwin, Dorsett, Lockett, Curtis Samuel, JJ Nelson type of speed. 4.2-4.3 guy.

Developmental Pocket QB-Kyle Shurmur, Jacob Dolegala

Woods had a great season. But they need another 1TDT. Irvin has likely played his last downs in the NFL.

Need a ball hawk safety that can get interceptions.

OL depth.

Placekicker. I'm not sold on Maher.

I'm for dumping everyone in the backfield except Zeke and adding a scatback plus a wrecking ball type to pound the middle on short yardage and spell Zeke. OL does need some work too.

Yeah, I'm accepting of 2018. The season exceeded all my expectations for this roster. But not improving this roster isn't ok - you're just repeating the 2010 offseason, albeit with younger talent.
