Well, I can't say that I'm surprised. I mean, a few people on this board tired to explain it, over the years. You can't pay out record deals to everybody and expect to field a complete team. Fans complain about Safety or DT or LB or whatever other position but it's not like it hasn't been explained, over and over and over again. You can't build depth, you can't field a complete team unless you invest wisely. Don't pay RBs mega deals, don't pay players early, don't buy into next man up mentality, don't pay out mega deals to one dimensional players, don't pay out mega deals to guys who don't produce in game changing areas. IE, guys who are really good against the run but don't put up the Sacks and Pressures. All of these things, we've done and the overwhelming number of fans have been all for it. But see, you can't have it both ways. You either have to make smart, hard decisions on certain guys or you live with a team full of high paid, high profile players that aren't going to be enough.

It is what it is but you can't say you haven't been told, a lot of times people.

Same tory as last year. Falling behind by 2 scores you need to open things up. It doesnt mean you wouöd see the same results if we could stop anybody.

Teams decide to stop Zekeand let Dak beat them. Nobody cares if he had big stats if he cant beat them in the end.

Seattle had an 8 man box for most of the time. What did Dak do ? 2 ints 1 lost fumble and a sure 3rd int. And thats against a team who invites you to pass them to death. And a coach who has a pass first attitude.

Yards per game is a lame metric for both offense and defense.

The offense is good at moving the ball. Lots of turnovers, though. And lots of those yards are against prevent defenses.

Dak in year 3 took a week to throw a TD in training camp. The only players bring wasted are guys like Zeke and Cooper. Dak was utter garbage without Cooper and when Zeke was suspended. How could Dak’s rookie deal be wasted? They’ve done everything to try and make this guy succeed at the expense of the team. It’s Jason Garrett all over again except at QB.

Well we already wasted the rookie deals of both, so may as well keep going.
