Cowboys offseason

Lets get this out of the way.

1) Roy Williams (38) shows up in the best shape of his life. Down lets say 20 lbs.
2) Almost perfect offseason workouts attendance
3) We got a steal with every pick of the draft
4) Jerry won't be into saying the word Super Bowl but feels very excited about the possibilities
5) Rector, Ammendola, Jefferson or whatever his name will be is unstoppable just before he barely makes it to the practice squad.

Did I miss anything?

Ideally we land 1 or 2 free agents and we add 3 or 4 rookies in the draft who can help. Add that with a healthy Felix Jones and it could be the difference.
I still can't figure out whether Jerry will give Roy(38) Williams one more chance. I've always liked him but he has to improve or they have to utilize him better.

Personally, I think we need a coaching change. These guys aren't going to suddenly start fearing slash respecting Wade. I hope I'm wrong.
