Cowboys on HD radio

For anyone who lives in the area and has an HD radio.

The cowboys have their own station on 105.3-3 HD.

They carry all their programming like the blitz, lunch break and talking cowboys.

And now they have finally started replaying radio broadcasts of older games in full. This morning they had the cowboys eagles playoff game from january and it is uncut.

Its pretty cool. I Highly recommend HD radio anyway, but if you are in the area this is an added bonus.

Just to update they are now playing the saints game!

If I didnt already have these I would be glued to the radio this morning!

So the playing of actual games is new, theebs?

I do have an HD radio, but my Fan signal is weak enough that I usually can't get the HD signals to come in. I think the one time I did catch it, they were playing a Talking Cowboys or something. Hearing old games would be way cool, though like you I usually record them anyway.

The best part IMO is getting the extra subchannels like this. I don't think the digital actually sounds any better than a good FM signal.

Yep. HD radio is great.

THis is the first time I have heard them playing last years games. I imagine they can only play the games that have been broadcast on the fan because of all the promotions of the ticket and kvil before. THey do edit out the commercials though, so maybe in time we will get the cowboys eagles from 91 or something.
