Not really a "time". They don't seem to have a lot of Cowboys callers. They are dominated by superfans from the Bengals and Steelers it seems lately.

Well, if you listen to Sirius XM sports talk the last few days it's all Hardy all the time.

The NFL station on sirius is a joke

They really don't talk about the Cowboys much on XM radio. I listen in the AM and Ross Tucker doesn't say much. I get irritated with the afternoon shows because they have the same regular callers on the show. One guy who always talks about the Saints, another loud mouth Steelers fan, and one that talks about KC. Then they have Pete Caroll and Ron Rivera at 4 pm weekly. I wish XM would pipe you into local radio but when I go online to Dallas radio, it sounds like a comedy show vs sports talk.

About the only Cowboys talk consistently worth listening to is when Rafael Vela posts a podcast, but those are few and far between. Other than that, I can only recommend the dc.com podcasts, and those are very much hit-or-miss.

The NFL Channel is 88. As others have stated, it's NFL, in general, and not a lot of Cowboys stuff (and about 25% commercials). It really isn't very good.

Channel 88 is the NFL radio. Ross Tucker is rarely on anymore, it's Bob Papa and Shannon Sharpe most mornings. Sharpe has not problem slamming anyone and is pretty funny doing so. He also heaps praise when warranted. That's the morning show. Next up is Bruce Murray and Rich Gannon, they're alright. The afternoon has Miller and Pat Kriwain, that show is pretty informative, usually. They have the best guests too. the evening has either Gil Brandt or Bill Polian. Gil has many stories from the past, and has an incredible memory of players in the draft from way back. Polian is probably the most knowledgeable of all show analyst. ;Surprisingly, most of these guys have been pretty consistent in praising Romo and how much he means to the team.

Howard is the reason I got Sirius when he switched over, wife picked up a portable back in the day. Been listening to this guy since the early 80's when he was on am. Now I couldn't go back to terrestrial radio if you paid me.
