Didn't Howell torch the Cowboys last year in the finale?
They won. Smoked? Wouldn’t say that.

I believe we had a blocked/botched punt. Turpin muffed a punt that led to an easy 7, Fuller pick 6’d Dak

They were motivated by staring Howell. That is why I worry them starting Brissett

Not sure why this game worries me but it does

Our OL is vulnerable and we have no running game and have trouble stopping run but this should be the type of statement game from cowboys heading into playoffs that we all want to see

The game doesn't worry me at all. The 2 is sitting there for them. If they don't win it, they don't deserve it.

Sucker bet on Dallas to cover.

1. Away game;
2. On grass;
3. Possibility of inclement weather/poor field conditions;
4. Potential overconfidence/lack of focus;
5. Cowboys' perennial inability to handle prosperity.

Fervently hoping to be proven wrong.

What was the spread against Arizona, on the road, on grass?

Could go either way. That's exactly what they want with a point spread. If you had to bet, I'd go with that Washington mails it in and the organization wouldn't mind losing. You could hedge a little by playing Dallas on money line and Washington on the point spread.

There has always been a tradition between teams in the NFC East. If you can't win the division then try to screw up everybody else's chance to win the division.

Of course, someone will win the division but it won't be through that team.

I realize the rivalry is nowhere near what it used to be, but it is still there. Washington could redeem themselves significantly before their fans if they pull off an upset. For all practical purposes, this is their Super Bowl and they are giving zero thought to tanking.

After playing Philly, Seattle, Buffalo, Miami and Detroit…. Better be able to smack hell out of Washington.

That’s a lot to cover in the cold, rain and/or snow. It’s seems like a sucker bet to expect Dallas to win by 14+. I’ll just sit back and relax on this one.

Yeah this would all make sense if Washington actually had a good d-line but it sucks. No Young, no Sweat. They are the worst defense in the NFL.

Dallas got embarrassed last year at Washington so I fully expect them to treat this as a de facto playoff game
I'm not sure you want the Cowboys treating any game like a playoff game given their record of the last 27 years in the postseason
