According to the Great Blue North Draft Report, here are the players from their "Big Board" around pick #28:

#24 Ryan Ramczyk OT 6-5, 310 Wisconsin (X)
#25 *DeShone Kizer QB 6-4, 230 Notre Dame
#26 OJ Howard TE 6-6, 250 Alabama
#27 *Solomon Thomas DE 6-3, 275 Stanford
#28 Desmond King CB 5-10, 200 Iowa
#29 Dan Feeney OG 6-4, 310 Indiana
#30 *Marshon Lattimore CB 6-0, 195 Ohio State
#31 *JuJu Smith-Schuster WR 6-2, 215 Southern California
#32 *Adoree Jackson CB 5-11, 185 Southern California

Other than Feeney and Kizer, each of them play positions that we could upgrade in my opinion. Risen will be thrilled there are three CBs in there. Obviously, a lot can (and will) change between now and the draft, but my order of preference would be:

Solomon Thomas
OJ Howard
King or Lattimore
Ramczyk
Jackson

In a lot of these recent mocks that had Dallas picking at 31-32, the pass rushers were coming off the board before our pick. If there's any silver lining to the loss yesterday, it's that maybe it makes the difference in Dallas getting a pass rusher at 28.

Yes, we may have a few options at DE as players drop due to other teams decisions ahead of us!

OJ Howard is a pick I'm trying to talk myself out of, but just can't. If he has a good combine though, someone much earlier than us will snatch him up.

I don't believe we will stand put @28.. This draft is about getting the right player at the right position. I see us moving up to 16 or so. Someone will deal and won't overprice us out of the running.

That move to 16 would cost Dallas their 1st and 2nd round picks.

Our 2nd is always Jerry gambling or another TE anyway. We need to get our guy and shouldn't be scared to burn a bit of capital we got via getting our franchise QB in the 4th.

I think we sign either Mo or Carr and go after a top tier guy at the position of need.

I've been watching tape on pass rushers since I got home from the loss, Man this McDowell kid can play. Relentless effort, great athleticism but he's being played out of position as a DT he's an edge rusher all day.

Other than him actually unimpressed with guys like Barnett, and Soloman Thomas. Myles Garrett and Allen obviously look excellent but they're most likely way out of reach... onward to Taco, Harris and Walker.
Demarcus Walker DE Flordia State would be a great pick.
