Well done. The thread wasn't deleted. It was merged. Due to the volume of similar threads being created, all new threads are reviewed before going live. For example, when the Cowboys sign a FA or make a trade, they are always 5 or 6 new threads created about it. Obviously we don't need the Fan Zone littered with multiple threads about the exact same thing.
Only on this board was Dowdly considered a high dollar FA.Dowdle is not getting 6 million, his deal is 2.75 with incentives to get to 6. As a backup I doubt he’s hitting all of those.
Williams’ deal is 3 mil with incentives to 3.5.
Based on what? Sanders was signed in Carolina to be the #1 and he got beat out and out performed by a 4th round pick. He lost his job 6 weeks into his first season.Miles Sanders is a better back than Dowdle
He was better in Philly than Carolina by leaps and bounds. There he displayed a skillset to be a good RB. Obviously it didn't work out in Carolina and Hubbard has evolved into a better option. Maybe a change of scenery, coming to Dallas will be good for him. He could also just wash out here as well. Either way it's a low risk signing.Based on what? Based on eye test. Dowdle’s competition was a washed up Zeke and a midget nepo baby.Based on what? Sanders was signed in Carolina to be the #1 and he got beat out and out performed by a 4th round pick. He lost his job 6 weeks into his first season.
I would describe Sanders as a draft day disappointment who never lived up to the lofty expectations. If he's finally overcome his fumbling issue I would certainly put him on par with Dowdle. I would draft RB this year with a 2 or 3Based on what? Sanders was signed in Carolina to be the #1 and he got beat out and out performed by a 4th round pick. He was better in Philly because he was younger and running behind a great o-line. He avoids contact and constantly tries to bounce everything outside trying to hit home runs which creates tons of negative or zero yard gains. He never learned to put his foot in the ground, get upfield and get what you can.He was better in Philly than Carolina by leaps and bounds. There he displayed a skillset to be a good RB.
