Absolutely weak charges on Lamb and Pickens. A fine for doing finger guns at each other after a score? Lame.

What am I thinking? I’m sure the finger guns would harm the children.

the NFL literally put on many Memos about them cracking down on these...either the coaches didn't tell the players...the players don't know how to read....,

or, the players pulled one from A Few Good Men, and ignored the order. Ignored the order? Any chance they forgot about it? Any chance the players left the NFL office and said Roger is wrong?...When Schotty explained to the players that no violent signals are allowed, and they ignored him? We follow orders or people get fined, it's that simple. Roger, did you order the NFL players not to use gun gestures as celes? Roger, if you gave an order that players are not allowed to make violent gestures, and your orders are always followed, why did CeeDee Lamb and Pickens ignore your order?

Well, to be honest, this was before he joined the team I guess. These athletes are in the spotlight, and even if they slip up a bit, it's on camera. What happened with Scottie at the PGA Championship was still on him, but the Cop took more heat because of his body cam faux pas. If that's you or me, we don't get released immediately, and he still made his tee time and placed 8th, lol.

The union is terrible. There are probably no limits to what the players can be fined for. The league also doesn't hold themselves to the same standard when money is involved.

It's not like it hasn't been publicized. Even the NBA fines for the same stuff. Yeah it's nitpicky but if you're in the league, it is what it is.

.....But Lamb and Pickens get fined for violent gestures? Could they get any more hypocritical? I mean, the whole concept to the game is about violent gestures.

They are grabbing people and throwing them to the ground until guys in striped uniforms blow a whistle.

And then they fine players for a "violent gesture?"

I’m surprised the league doesn’t fire all the guys mimicking a bow shot.

When the replay was shown of Lambs penalty I told the family he was getting fined.

That is a big no no. In the era of gun violence we live in today nothing like that is ok.

CeeDee Lamb got fined a combined $29K for two different "infractions". Ouch! Or did that hurt at all? He is paid $1.85 million per game. The NFL grift is on. The pettiness was on full display.
