The Cowboys promoted cornerback Leon McFadden just in time for him to play against the team that drafted him.
The Browns used a third-round pick on McFadden in 2013. He lasted only one season before bouncing around the league.
“I knew that was coming. Yeah, going back to Cleveland,” McFadden said Friday. “It’s a coincidence that I become active this week. It’s going to be good to go there and play and showcase my skills.”
The Cowboys signed McFadden to their practice squad Oct. 24. They waived fullback Rod Smith Thursday to elevate McFadden as starting cornerback Morris Claiborne is out for several weeks with a groin injury,

Looking forward to seeing him. Don't you know this has to be a dream come true for McFadden?

Only think I expect from McFadden is carry out your assigned task. When in zone know your responsibility no free lancing.

I don't expect to see much of him. 4th CB doesn't see the field much.

We didn't see Anthony Brown at all last week until Mo got hurt.

Leon McFadden and Frazier will have to play this week

Inactives should be- Romo, Church, Mo, DJackson, Nacho/Gachkar, Cleary, RDavis
The team must really see something in Cleary. Broaddus talks about how he really isn't an NFL player. Broaddus is known for over crediting some guys talents, he goes out of his way to call Cleary a bad player.

Guess I'll be first-------"CHAMPIONSHIP".

He seemed to have a pretty good college career and thus a solid 3rd round pick. Not sure why he has bounced in the NFL the last 3 years. Hope he is a late bloomer like Mo. Then we may have someone serviceable.

Not much video in NFL so give you some college

Watching that vid, it looks like he gets beat off the ball by the receiver somewhat -- his initial burst is somewhat lacking -- but he has great vision to the ball. He breaks off coverage and diagnosis' the QB's second read to his side like a banchee. Awesome at open field tackles, and getting to the runner/receiver in the flat/screen. Good, sure tackler. Has good hands, made quite a few INT's. Almost an Anthony Brown-lite

Here's to the kid. Awesome vid, thanks, Dooms!

Leon is probably salivating while having orgasmic visions of burning his former team with a pick -- I know I am.:muttley:Think I'll have a smoke now. -- LOL (kidding)
