Twitter: Cowboys pursuing S P.J. Locke - Denver

At least someone in the building apparently realizes that safety is also a problem.

Hopefully that’s CP, and he didn’t tell the clowns what they wanted to hear to get the job.

 Praying? He's terrible. He's as bad as the lineup of hacks we already have.

Guy is more of a SP team player. He was below average in almost every category for his position and is one year removed from major back surgery. He's terrible in coverage

Hard pass

1. It's the lazy game of, find anyone who's a FA who our DC might have coached before.

2. You have to admit he's the type our bargain bin shopping crew might go for. Would fit right in with Elam and Murray (I know they were trades) and Sanborn.

I don't believe anything these writers say about who we are interested in for the defense. If Parker says he wants this or that player to help the defense then that is who we are interested in and those are the facts.
I just want to know where they got the info, I mean if he's coached them before then I can see this

Going after Locke though doesn’t show they think it’s a problem. That’s a depth signing potential cut at training camp signing. If that’s the best they can do they must like guys like what’s on this roster and that’s nuts.

Pass. Went to school with his father. He's a backup/special teams at best.

Good option as a depth safety. Played heavily in the playoffs and scored well late last year.
Not a front-line guy by any means but stomps on our depth for sure.

Texas kid with good experience and solid very recent play.
Not a true starter.
