Right off the top of evidence here...Dallas could be considered a legitimate catalyst for top level league play that displayed for the entire season. Deserving to be included in top team projections?

You bet. Go Cowboys!!:starspin:

This is a pretty silly statistic.

Today we're 5-1 against teams *above* .500

Next Sunday, without having any control over it, that record will probably be 5-3 (Jacksonville and GB will likely win and add two losses)

We'll know where we stand in a few weeks

Yeah I remember looking at this a few weeks ago. The Eagles have actually beat a ton of teams that are right around 500. For instance if Green Bay and Jacksonville win their record will go to five and one… Well ours will be five and three… So in the words of Stephen a Smith, this is a very fluid stat LOL

Love it. The OT losses to GB and Jax on the road are all that separates us from the #1 seed.

Tough pill to swallow because we beat ourselves with dumb mistakes in those games— but all in all, they have done well in the regular season. Hopefully they can dig down and make a run in the playoffs[/QUOTE
....no lying there. If we don't beat ourselves further down the road. We going far.

I already had this discussion with another Zone guy and I initially misinterpreted his opinion until we both found common ground.

And that is:
It doesn't matter in the least IF there is no postseason success. Lose or win to a murderer's row slate of teams or a path of relative cupcakes.
None of it matters without postseason success.
Period.

That has to be an older tweet.
As I see it were 6-4 vs teams at and above 500.
Tennessee and Washington both dropped below 500.
Green bay, Jacksonville and Tampa are at 500 now and could be above 500 after next weekend.
Detroit is also at 500 and can either go up or down.
So at best we can be is 6-1 vs 500 teams or the worst we can be is 5-4 vs 500 teams. The schedule is always evolving.
