The 3-9 numbers in the playoffs and the seeming satisfaction with just “being relevant” is what drives me crazy. With no apparent plan or desire to make changes at the top.

Those of us in the Dallas-FW metroplex have watched the Rangers owner fire their manager and also their long time GM for a lack of results and even the Mavs owner got rid of their long time GM and their HC last year. The Cowboys owner would never consider those kind of changes. Just be “relevant”.

We are never doing anything of note in the postseason as long as we have an amateur GM.
The competition is just too strong to overcome that weakness.
