I imagine that once Hurns compares offer from other teams. He will give the cowboys a chance to match them.

So he may come back. I like the idea of him being the #4 receiver. He can play any of the receiver positions. But at the same time understand his price tag was too high. It would be nice to get him back for a few millions less if possible.

Ouch, really good guy and wish him well to recover fully and get with another team. Even before injury the guy didn't look so good but he can be a serviceable backup.

However, there was a kid on here claiming Hurns was
better than Cobb and Cobb was not a lock for the 53.

it's only about 5 mil and that's not enough to get any of those deals done. It will help but not that much.

For whatever reasons, I like the guy. However, barring injuries or outright disappointment to other WR's, it was difficult for me to think he should make the team. Upside from younger, cheaper players should take those last couple of spots in my opinion.

Wish him well. Sorry it didn't work out here but he will probably latch on with another team and be just fine.
