Dude hasn't shown much since his rookie year in 2018 but was worth taking a flyer on. It cost the team nothing to take him for a test drive. So, I don't ever fault management for trying to reclaim a 1st rounder who might just need a fresh start. I remember Marc Columbo was in a similar position when picked off the nfl trash heap and it turned into a great acquisition.
