The stats say he should have stayed, all the way up until final cuts. Our defense gave up over 130 yards a game on the ground. He wasn't part of that onslaught, but maybe he could have played a part in stopping it.

He was part of a defense that was 31st worse in run defense. I like the guy but I think they can easily upgrade.

Yeah apparently they have to get down to 90 names....and they just drafted how many players? Factor in the free agents they signed, draft picks and the undrafted free agents....they were going to have to do some cutting.
