I've actually watched almost all of the Bengals and Tampa games this year. The Bengals are playing great on offense, their defense just blows. Even with a crappy defense, they will easily outscore us.

Tampa has been playing good as well, they just have a tough schedule and are missing 3 star receivers. They are in every game but are just losing to some better teams right now. Tampa is good and if they can survive and make the playoffs, get some talent back, they are going to be a tough out in the playoffs.

To me, it's clear the coaches lost the room. Players aren't going to be going 100% or following their assignments to a T.
Talent wise, they could be close to other teams depending on the week, but it's a sinking ship and everyone is fighting each other for lifeboats than working together.
