I still enjoy the position battles/competition for starting jobs; monitoring and hopefully avoiding serious injuries; and the development of younger players in years 2 and 3 always keeps me interested in training camp.

What I no longer care about at all is Jerry's state of the team address and the hype surrounding players who are all supposed to breakout. They can miss me with all the marketing hype the Jones boys and media (national and local) will be doing.

I wouldn’t say I “care” like putting a ton of stock into camp reports, etc.

But after a long offseason. I get excited when TV starts because it means the season is right around the corner. So I enjoy reading tweets and seeing videos from camp to get me ramped up for the season.

I've yet to see you saying positive about the team you claim you've been supporting for 50 years. I'm beginning to think this is one of many MountaineerCowboy's burner accounts. Or maybe leeblair.

I am waiting on preseason games before any evaluation. Not much will likely be revealed but it will be way more than what OTAs and training camp will deliver, but they will be regular season game (lite) settings at least.

Well, technically the Cowboys open TC in California so they may end up being later in the day than many of those other teams due to the timezone ..

So just under 5 weeks of nothing news. Well, about a week before TC starts, things will pick up. So we have 4 weeks of speculation and hoping player gets in any trouble.

Wonder if Dak will have the offense at his mini backyard football field. Running routes.
