I'd argue he doesn't look great. They have taken the ball out of the hands of their QB, which is kind of what is needed here

Tom Landry wasn't exactly an outgoing personality. Tony Dungy is another.

I tend to agree that Moore wasn't built to lead men but I can't completely rule it out either.
