Cowboys request to speak with Kellen Moore

Tom Landry wasn't exactly an outgoing personality. Tony Dungy is another.

I tend to agree that Moore wasn't built to lead men but I can't completely rule it out either.
True but I think those two examples had a toughness to them. An underlying fire. Players respected/feared them. I am just not sure from what I've seen that he has that. Maybe I'm wrong. I know it's early in his coaching career and he hasn't been a HC but I can see him in the category of "better coordinator than HC." More cerebral than leader. But again, it 's a guess. We knew he's be in the conversation. I just hope they look at other young OCs too

Dak is doing jumping jacks know! He definitely didn’t want someone who wouldn’t baby him !

Seriously, i'd rather have garrett back. Same stale offense but with better leadership skills.

Great just what we need. A guy that failed with Herbert and looks great because of superior talent which he wont have here. Not to mention, he could barely command a huddle let alone a football team.
He wasn't the OC in LA....that was all Staley's glorious work....trying to save his job. Didn't work out so well for Staley.

I just don't see a leader of grown men when I look at KM,

also, Dan Orloksy (sp) had a very good breakdown regarding his outdated passing concepts.
