Changing doesn't require ignoring what has worked. Schultz wasn't very heralded as a receiver but became a quality pass catcher under Wells. Both Ferguson & Schoonmaker seem to be doing well.

He was never right with the concussion.

Its a Tight end coach. lets not go thinking its the formula for winning a SB.

Its been solid, the TE position has changed as well. Do they catch the ball and have a usefulness in the offense? If he can do that, great, extend him, move on.

Of all the problems to solve, hes not one of them.
