One area I would like to see improvement out of our TE is blocking, especially if Dallas intends to run the ball more. Not saying Ferguson is poor at blocking but I do think he needs to improve on that and do a better job of avoiding holding penalties

I’ve heard he was considered the best position coach on the team. Plus I saw him get in Fergusons face screaming at him when kept making penalties.
