So tell me again why the team that went to the Super Bowl gets Miami, Buffalo, and SF at home and we have all these on the road? Does it matter to the schedule makers where you play these out of Division games or that all teams just play them? If the location does not matter, and it's simply that you just play them, I think we are purposely getting screwed on having the HIGH majority of the great teams on the road. Something stinks here, because Philly's schedule sets up WAY easier than ours! BTW, I'm not just whining to whine....I've notice this for years.

The home and away games are all set seasons in advance.

The reason why Philly plays Miami ans Buffalo at home is because 4 years ago they played them on the road. The reason why they play SF at home is because they played them 3 years ago on the road.

The schedule isn't decided based on who went to the superbowl. How can you be a fan of football and not know how the schedule rotation works?

I think the AFC conference teams rotate home and away. My guess is the last time we played those teams in the AFC we had them at home, thus this year we are on the road.

The good news is that based on the same scheduling formula, we are slated to be in the Super Bowl soon.

The best way to negate a 'bias' schedule is by winning games on it. The strategy is working so far.

90's Green Bay teams would like to have a word with you about that when it came to the Cowboys....

There are a lot of things fans of football don't know. I mean, it has to be explained every year how PUP works.

You’d rather this team coast into the playoffs and get smacked in the mouth again? They need to be battle tested so they can take care of business come January

I’m all fine with giving posters grace but this exact post was made a couple weeks ago and the poster just ignored the common sense answer.

Cowboy fans just gonna need to show up to these away games and negate the homefield advantages

Really....how many people know much more than it rotates? And I NEVER mentioned or implied that the schedule was based on who went to the Super Bowl...I was simply comparing our setup to that of Philly.

Doesnt matter, to be the best you have to beat the best, no excuses.

It's not working on fans that are so, so used to using "bias" as an excuse for team failures or their fears.
