UCLA at Colorado

21 clubs credentialed to attend: Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos, Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars, Kansas City Chiefs, Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle Seahawks, Tennessee Titans.

Details: Thursday, Nov. 3 at 9 p.m. ET (FS1)

Three top players: UCLA (OT Conor McDermott, DE Takkarist McKinley, LB Jayon Brown); Colorado (CB Chidobe Awuzie, RB Phillip Lindsay, SS Tedric Thompson).

Matchup to watch: UCLA DE Takkarist McKinley vs. Colorado QB Sefo Liufau. McKinley is one of the Bruins' most promising draft prospects and is a highly disruptive force against opposing offenses (team-high 14 tackles for loss, 7 sacks). He won't be able to burst upfield without a certain amount of discipline Saturday, however. Liufau isn't a stationary target in the pocket and he can take advantage of McKinley's aggressiveness in a Colorado offense that runs its share of zone-read plays and run-pass options. Despite splitting playing time with Buffaloes QB Steven Montez, Liufau is CU's fourth-leading rusher with 202 rushing yards.

I am thinking they are paying particular attention to Takkarist McKinley and Chidobe Awuzie.

Who are some of the late round guys playing in the game? The Cowboys seem to be high on guys with great measureables that they feel they can coach up like Darius Jackson and Kavon Frazier.

I was hoping we could get McKinley in the 3rd or 4th but it looks like that is not going to happen. He is shooting up the draft boards

Frazier was pretty much being called a faster & more athletic Barry Church coming out. Its why he was taken. They love Barry Church so if they can get another Barry Church they was happy as hell.

He is being compared to D Ware. He might not even make it to our 1st round pick.

I know and after last night's game, it probably won't happen. I was hoping he would fly underneath the radar and we could get a steal.

Yea. Another poster here did bring to my attention that he does have a history of injury and a big injury history is why Carl Lawson is being projected to slip to late 1st and he might be the 2nd best DE behind Garrett. So you never know.

McKinley was all over the field, he was a disruptive force for UCLA.

As a CU alum I have been a huge fan of Chidobe Awuzie, would love to see a star on his helmet. He has good coverage skills, plays the run well and is a good blitzer from the slot.

I personally would love to see Dallas draft him and put him at SS.
