Does anyone know where I can find the Texas Stadium seat map? The one on the official DC website is currently down. I have searched all over google and I have been able to find the chart where they show where the sections are located but Im looking for the in depth type where I can click the section and get a view of the field. Anyone know where I can find this?

I would love to have lower seats that good for season tickets. I sat in field level sections at the 40 yard line at the vet 3 times, Hated it. Every time I was there I couldnt see over all the players and the cameras and media...

I am pretty happy up in section 122, I can see everything and watching the defenses align is great.

Here are some pics from my seats at the last home opener at the vet in 02.

this last picture, if you will notice, all the eagles fans were already throwing bottles at the guy in the emmit smith jersey. By halftime this guy had everything you can think of thrown at him, there were parents there with their kids, young kids throwing trays, cups and plastic beer bottles at him whenever he cheered. Pathetic people in that place.

hey dave what row is that in section 29? Its actually odd that you post section 29...the main section i was looking for was section 8 which is almost directly across the field......on the other side....at least according to the seating charts...and by the way- how is the view from there? it looks great as far as how close it is....but is it too low?

What sections does the sun hit for earfly afternoon games? I am looking at going to a game early in the year, so it will be hot, and I wanted to try and stay out of the sun.

That pic was taken from the first row of the field seats. The people you see in front are standing on the sideline.

Below row 1, there are risers with two rows of seats on them: A & B. We get the A seats a couple times a year and let me tell you... they suck. The first couple times it's cool because you're so close and you can actually chat with the players. But as far as watching the game, you can't see a thing. Between the players, cameras, and personell on the sideline and even the crown in the field, it's very difficult to follow the game.

IMO, the best seats in the house are the lower level, about 15 rows up. You're still close to the action but you're high enough up to see everything.

You're very smart to avoid that. There's nothing more miserable than being in that sun on an 80-90 degree day. It feels like 150.

The sun starts in the 17-18-19 section and moves towards 21-22-23 or that general direction. Avoid it like the plague.
