I think at this point fans would rather be right on mazi than for him to improve. I've said many times how I hated kekvin Joseph before he was even drafted but I didn't call him a bust until preseason of year 3. Most of this board called mazi a bust after year 1 but treated Joseph with kid gloves after his first year. Fans are so funny.

With that being said toia looks like he can play a little bit

I mean it depends how you look at it. For me a 7th rounder isn’t suppose to make the team anyway. So it I get a viable starter in the 7th and he unseats my first rounder im fine with that.

It’s like the 49ers with Lance. They spent 3 1st rounders on Lance and found Purdy in the 7th. It softens that blow knowing they got a franchise qb in the 7th round.
