Drafted by Cowboys Cowboys select Jaydon Blue RB

5.2 yards a carry. Over 1100 yards last year and started every game. That does not translate into a bum.
that's college. yet he was ranked about 26th to 30th ranked RB.
Sampson had 5.9 YPC
Etienne averaged 5.4 ypc
Mullings average 5.1
James average 5.7
Brooks average 5.3
Kiner average was 5.7
sampson about 5.9
giddens 6.6.
skabetto was at 5.8
martinez 6.2

and I am not even going to talk about the ones that were consensus top 10.

point being its college. and as you can see there is a lot of them with higher averages. does that mean they are better than Mafah, and then lets add the top 10 to it.

I am not getting excited until I see results on the field.

Mannnnnn I love this pick.

The more I watch the more I’m thinking we stolen one here.

He HAS to get the fumbling under control but this guy has star potential.

He is more physical than you think and he can house it any time he touches it.

Also, dude is just a legit receiver.

He’s actually got me excited to watch and won’t make our offense nearly as boring.
Me too.

I was worried we were gonna pass on a RB….

They had this kid on their list from day 1

This isn't true at all this is why there's a difference when you go from one level to the next he will work with the professionals and make sure this isn't a big problem ezekiel Elliott even had a bad year fumbling he fixed it.. You act like he fumbled on every player every series that's not the case look below I just compared only two guys but I bet I can go back and look at a lot of them and let's just count all the fumbles..

The biggest name of all which is like one of the better running backs I can remember played for the Giants back in the day tiki Barber literally was known for a being a fumbler we used to love it as a Cowboys fan and we knew we could get one every game from him but guess what he worked with somebody and he fixed it this was a high level running back who was still fumbling the ball in the pros and they fixed it it's weird how coaching and practice and being at a level where you're now paid and you get comfortable that you can actually become a better player at the next level you are not a finished product when you get to the NFL most players need to be developed and in this case he has one flaw 1 war and he doesn't fumble on every snap or every play but he did have a fumbling problem I can tell you this like Trevion Henderson was my pick he didn't have a family problem at all this dude was never a fumbler But why isn't everyone talking about Cameron Scataboo he had an accessible amount of fumbles and he went in the 4th round..

Noah's bringing that up the only reason they're bringing it up for Jayden Blue because he got picked by the Cowboys and Cowboys fans for some reason want to hope the guy has a floss so they can say Jerry picked another band player that's what it is around here too many people want our players to fail...

Here and Like I said the reason it's concerning is because he had the four fumbles in limited touches but still we could break down every player that just got drafted and find out how many fumbles they had but it's kind of ironic they're only talking about it with Jayden Blue...

Cameron Skattebo had 10 fumbles over the last three seasons in college, according to NFL Draft Buzz. This information is also highlighted in his scouting report.
Jaydon Blue had 4 fumbles during his college career at the University of Texas, losing 3 of them. He finished his college career with 134 rushing attempts for 730 yards and 8 touchdowns, along with 42 receptions for 368 yards and 6 touchdowns.
..
Skattebo's 10 fumbles in 457 rushing attempts is one every 45.7 rushes.
Blue's 4 in 134 is one every 33.5 attempts.
Blue has the bigger fumbling concern based on that.

But like I said, we'll see, he may be able to tone down the fumbles, but this is the NFL, tougher than college, he'll need a big improvement.

Time will tell...
