He is correct you don't want to use this guy as a hammer he's gotten out of three down back but he can run normal sets though that's what's great you don't know if he's about to come out of the backfield or go to the edge I just compare him more to Tony Pollard I know Tony Pollard is a little taller but this is what we had in Tony before his injury and this is what we needed....

Sanders= ricos normal runs
Blue- spark plug preinjury tony, who backed up zeke is when tony was at his best..

I watched Blue every Saturday. He is going to make some plays for sure but I wouldn’t rely on him for more than 10-12 snaps a game. Hopefully, the fumbling issue will be addressed. Decent pick but he doesn’t improve the RB room by much, there were a few better ones left.

These people who think the guys too small and can only be a gadget back need to check themselves I watched the guy play in college he may not be a three down workhorse he's not a short yard his guy but do you really need to be the right offense says a guy like this like Jamir Gibbs can actually play some football..

Gotta like his speed, size will be an issue so he will not be an every down back right now. Hand size is small which can lead to those fumbles.

Where we got him, with that 22.3 mph top speed, I like the pick. Best we could hope for since Jerry give our 4th round pick away like a small bag of chips.

Exactly right now if you need a recency comp that would be Jamir Gibbs. They're almost the exact size and speed he does pretty well over there for the Lions does he not? And yes there's a reason he slipped some guys get lost and slipped for no reason it's got to be the fumbles that's it if they can make sure he doesn't fumble that is his NFL count now I say Tony Pollard not because of the size comp but what he's going to do for the Cowboys when Tony Pollard was healthy and backing up Ezekiel Elliott he was at his best that is what Jayden Blue will be...

I don't hate the pick in the 5th round, but he's not going to be a 3-down workhorse in the NFL. This is what you're left with in round 5. CBS for example has him rated as the 25th best RB in the draft. You get what you pay for. 6 RB's went off the board in round 4 alone. He'll be fun to watch though.

That's a great stat line and please don't diminish the fact that he only had 3.4 yards per carry when hit behind the line of scrimmage the problem is a lot of running backs have a low average when the defense lives on their side of the line of scrimmage you know our entire running back group in the playoffs you know in those big games you know the average under three yards per carry against those big defensive fronts and our offensive line couldn't do anything so yeah welcome to the NFL tyler Smith Cooper Bb and Booker in the middle you open some holes and this dude's 50 yards up field I know I know i'm exaggerating but that's what you need you need an offensive line that gives a guy like this a crease most running backs are not getting your yardage when they're being contacted behind the line of scrimmage so that's a good stat actually three point four yards..

I'm not saying this guy is a workhorse he's not a three down back he's not a traditional back but he's Tony Power in my opinion but he's got the same exact height and weight and speed of Jamir Gibbs so anybody not realizing he only slipped because they didn't see a lot of them in college because I'm a Longhorn fan we have four deep with RBS..
