I would have taken RB Kaleb Johnson, Brugler's 44th-rated player. But he did have Revel 62nd and that was mainly because of the injury.

Hard to knock that.


The problem is Free Agency. You gotta draft what the draft gives you and Dallas is taking the best talents.

I don't think first round was BPA. If it was, then the pick probably would have been LB/DE Jalon Walker or TE Tyler Warren.

In 2025 he figures to be a shell of his former self. People keep focusing on whether he can play this year. I don't even care because I know he needs another year before he can get back to where he was.

That's why he was available at that pick. If the league believed he would be all good and back in July he'd have gone two rounds earlier.

True. We put too much pressure on these rookies to succeed as rookies, because our team relies on them due to its FA philosophy.

If Ez doesn't put up double-digit sacks and Revel isn't back to peak form to start the season, fans are going to bad-mouth them like they do our other players when they struggle with injuries.

Have you heard of drafting BPA especially when you have holes everywhere to fill.
Drafting for need is a big no no. Unless you get lucky and the BPa on your board is also a need.

It is only a bad draft because they did not do what you wanted them to do. Who would be your picks? And why would they be better.

It would be nice to know, instead of just saying it suck’s 5 times.

Agree. I’m a self proclaimed hater of Jerry Jones and been very negative about this team since the Green Bay loss. But seriously, this is a good draft. I was fully expecting to be negative. I was thinking a TE in the 1st and a punter in the 2nd, lol.

This is shaping out to be a home run draft. If you have a draft and get 2 players that can start/majorly contribute week 1 then you’re in good shape. Booker and Eze can plug and play week 1 and contribute. That’s a good draft so far and this CB looks good.

I get it, a lot of people don’t trust the Jones anymore. I’m one of them, but if you look at this draft without the lens of mistrust, this is a good draft so far. I’m excited and I haven’t been excited since week 18 win in 2023.
