Bb would never be asked to coach here,he wants control of everything, and you know jj is not giving that up.
If I'm not mistaken, isn't Bill a coach who insists on "shopping for the groceries?" (apologies to Parcells). If that's the case, 2 things would keep him from hiring on with the Cowboys.
#1, Jerry Jones #2 when in doubt, see reason #1.

We need to clam down Instead of overreacting and being unrealistic. Belichick is the de facto GM in NE, that would never happen in Dallas. He will only be interested in opportunities like the Chargers who just fired both the Coach and GM.

You can always tell those that actually have a clue about football from morons that think a great QB is all a team needs

I keep asking these idiots if Tom Brady hired the staff; made the trades; ran FA and decided on the roster all 20 years. Like during the first couple when he was a bud driver.
Belichick has a losing record without Brady at the helm. He didn't even choose to start Brady. If Bledsoe wouldn't have gotten injured who knows what would've happened.

This team needs discipline more than anything. If Belichick is available then they should go for it. Don’t be complacent with the status wuo. Championship or bust.
This Belichick is the old Cleveland Browns Belichick.....has been shown up that Brady was the leader of those teams. Maybe as a DC if Quinn leaves. But Jones will never give up his top billing, his ego wouldn't let him. BB would demand control of the entire team.

Without Brady, he has 11 years of history. He is about 25 games under 500 and has 1 playoff win. garrett blows his record away. As a DC sure.

lol. Belichick would never be a toothless lion head coach under the fuhrers reign of terror. Belichick will go where he has tons of authority, not be Jerry’s whipping boys. Plus it really doesn’t matter who Jerry hires to be hc, they can win a Div playoff game. Bluntly, if a player or coach really wants to earn a ring, Dallas is not the place to be, at least for almost thirty years.

The Dallas hc job is where head coaches come to end their hc career.

Mangini and the Jets made it pretty far for a couple years with Sanchez. Just saying.
That would have been Rex Ryan that got to the AFC Championship game twice with Sanchez, not Mangini.

He wouldn't last a week here with our Hot Boyz bs and Jerry having players coming to him to cry because Bill said hurtful things to them like "Do your job."

I don't think Bill's shtick works as well with this generation of players. The Pats used to have a solid core of old school type players that really kept the younger kids coming in in check. Great vets used to want to go there to get a ring. Those days are gone.

I do think he's still a hell of a defensive mind.

Bill has had an amazing coaching career and is a true legend, but I believe the game is passing him by at this point. An old stubborn coach who wants to do things how they've always been done isn't likely to relive the success from early in his career.
